We all are born with no skills. Whatever we have done till now we have first learnt them (the way they are being done or are to be done- the suitable manner) whether it is having mother’s milk or whatever. Mainly we learn out of compulsion or misery. In every sphere of life we need strength in our body and mind. Unless we strive to keep the body and the mind healthy, we will be left behind in this fast racing world or even if we get ahead that will be at the heavy cost of health in the absence of which the success is simply worthless.

These new and simple copyrighted exercises/parades (based on the concept of kinetic energy to generate sufficient potential energy within to gain health) can be of immense help to restore and keep that depleting health of our body and mind.
