Four days on, cops clueless on killer

After being hit by an unidentified vehicle, a 22-year-old Archana bleeds profusely on Western Express Highway. 25 minutes pass she receives no help what so ever. The accident spot few steps away from the police station, the police remains unaware. 4 days on and yet no lead in the accident, hasn't Mumbai failed 22 year Archana who could have lived had people had not just watched on. Are we a nation of onlookers?
