Former New South Wales Labor advisor John Zhang has launched his High Court challenge to an investigation into whether he breached foreign interference laws. Three Australian-based Chinese journalists returned home last year, shortly after being questioned over allegations there was a bid to influence Shaoquett Moselmane.
