Inside Libya's capital of Tripoli, there are no more civilian militias. Outside of the capital, many of the powerful military groups in the nation of six million are now operating under the Libyan Army. But while Libya's heavily armed revolutionary militias are increasingly within the official defense force, some remain out of control. Al Jazeera's John Hendren reports from Misrata.
