Former Air Chief blames Nehru
Description
50 years after the 1962 Indo-China war, former Air Chief Marshal A Y Tipnis has blamed the then Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru for the war and India's subsequent defeat. Tipnis has said that Nehru refused to take on board any advice offered to him and as a result, India paid the price in soldiers' blood.
