Info from Licensor: "I was returning home and saw a car with a wrench on its wheel. I signaled to the driver to get his attention and he stopped, but the driver thought that I wanted him to let me pass. Then he signaled to him once again pointing out the window on wheels. And already at the intersection, I saw how this non-spinning wheel flew off into a cyclist passing by. Stopped to help him, but the guy is okay. as it turned out, the driver changed the wheel and was distracted, and then forgot to fix it. The cyclist and the driver of the seven turned out to be neighbors, and since everything is fine with the cyclist, he drove on."
