Forgotten ingredients being rediscovered for the future
Description
Ingredients such as unripe watermelons and millet might sound foreign to many Malaysians but they were in fact commonly eaten in the past. Crops For the Future hopes that ingredients such as these can be re-introduced into the modern diet so that future population will have enough food to eat and have a more diversified diet.
