Foreign students lament harsh treatment

The Star journalist Christina Chin spoke to foreign students attending local universities who claim they have become the target of overzealous enforcement against illegal immigrants.

The Malay­sian Association of Private Colleges and Universities has received numerous complaints from its member institutions on the predicament faced by their foreign students.
