Ford EV Chief Exit
Description
Ford's chief EV, digital, and design officer Doug Field will leave after a one-month transition as the company restructures its executive team. A new Product Creation and Industrialization organization led by Kumar Galhotra will absorb Field's responsibilities. Ford targets an 8% adjusted EBIT margin by 2029, plans to launch a midsize electric pickup next year, and aims for 90% of global nameplates to offer electrified powertrains by 2030.
