Fooling Around In Tropical Storm

Amusing footage of a Russian tourist swinging from his balcony as if he is being blown away by a tropical storm. The cyclone ravaged southern Thailand last week with 100mph winds and heavy rains that caused widespread flooding. Sergey Lukashow was visiting the island of Koh Samui, one of the worst affected areas. But rather then flee the area - like hundreds of thousands of others - the hardy Russian stayed in his room and even found the time to make a jokey video of him swinging on balcony.
