Flux (or f.lux as it is officially spelled) is a program that alters the brightness and white balance of your computer depending on what time of day it is. During the day, the computer screen looks more like daylight. When evening comes around the computer screen will dim and it will look more yellowish. Dont worry though, your eyes will adjust relatively quickly and soon enough you wont even realize there was a change.\r

Ive been using this program for months now and I think it really does help me when Im on the computer at night. I dont have annoying headaches and it doesnt hurt to look at the computer screen when its dark.\r
