I saw her standing in the doorway etched by the light. A pretty sight to see. I had every intension of walking right on by. But she got a hold on me. Please tell me no if I should ask you to spend the night with me. It's not the thing to do, I've got a pretty little woman waiting home for me, and she wouldn't approve of you.. We had a silly little quarrel, and I walked out the door, and now I'm on my own. I planned to have a little drink and do nothing more. And then go rambling home..
