Florida cop fired eight times: AR-15 fail

Florida cop fired: Florida Police Sgt. German Bosque has been fired a total of eight times by three police departments, six by his most recent employer, the Opa-Locka Police Department.

Among his offenses, Bosque was accused of leaving an assault AR-15 rifle with his father-in-law while on his leave. The Miami Herald reports Bosque was also accused of busting a handcuffed suspect's head, punching juveniles, calling in "sick" from Cancun, and trying to board a plane with a loaded gun.

Bosque has been dubbed "the most fired officer in Florida." An arbitrator will determine whether Bosque's negligence while on the job is worthy of dismissal from the Opa-Locka Police Department. A decision will be made in 60-90 days.
