Sehmal or Silk Cotton tree in north India. Bombax cieba / malabaricum. The Rose-ringed Parakeet (Psittacula krameri), also known as the Ringnecked Parakeet, is a tropical parakeet that is popularly kept as a pet. This tree is on Nehru Park in new Delhi near Ashok Hotel of the ITDC group.
