You said, I don't want to hurt you, I just need some time.
But for two weeks or more, you said you were mine.
Was I just dreaming, why didn't I see
that sooner or later, this would come to be. The doubting, the silence, the acting on edge
were only clues, that soon our love would be dead.
But what about our loving, so passionate and red,
Hot as fire, flames in our bed. Was I mistaken? I didn't get a clue.
Not from the love, and not from you.
But there were things that brewed outside,
outside our love, that made us die. You lied.
