Started out with Get Ups and figured, what the hell, let's make it a Floor Press into a Get Up.Weights are 98lb, 109.5lb, 118.5lb I was certainly shocked by being able to Floor Press 118.5lb or about 8 1/2 Stone: with BOTH HANDS!! I've NEVER come close to this amount before. I'm pretty sure I'd not even done 100lb!! Praise the Lord!! The Get Ups themselves felt great. They did such a good job loosening off my lower back & hips while also giving my Rotator Cuff muscles some big ol' time under tension. Can't wait for the next round of these!! Good Luck & God Bless!!
