FLOODING IN SOUTH

The worst flooding they’ve experienced in many years.

That’s how some San Fernando residents are describing conditions in and around their homes, on this Friday.

Heavy Rainfall overnight, left areas like Barrackpore, Penal and Debe mostly spared.

But, parts of the second city were hard hit.

Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh drove through some of these communities.
