flood victims need justice

Pakistan is under the radar for severe climate change. Floods have been coming consistently killing, destroying & mutilating millions. Yet, Pakistan's government has built no dams to prevent these floods from causing such massive destruction. Why? These floods could have amounted to no loss of life or property if dams had been built. It is serious negligence of Pakistan's previous & current government. It is a criminal offense leading to mass scale catastrophe. It must be convicted in the court
