Flat Earth rocket launch postponed in Cali

Description
Limo driver Mike "Mad" Hughes was originally planning to launch himself over the ghost town of Amboy in the Mojave Desert before he was shot down by federal agencies in charge of the land he was planning to use.
Hughes says the event will now take place on private property, three miles down the road. That's a relief.
"I don't believe in science," Mike said in an AP interview. "I know about aerodynamics and fluid dynamics and how things move through the air, about the certain size of rocket nozzles, and thrust. But that's not science, that's just a formula. There's no difference between science and science fiction." Amen brother.
Sure, Hughes only recently hopped on the flat-earth train train after he curiously couldn't raise enough funds for his Kickstarter campaign, but that's unimportant.
The 61-year-old limo driver has spent the past few years building a steam-powered rocket out of salvage parts from his garage. It's cost up to $20,000 bucks so far. Money well spent.
