Fix LED's on eBay 28BYJ 48 Stepper controller motor

An LED on the controller board for a 28BYJ 48 Stepper was not lighting. So I carried out a test and found the soldering to be poor quality on the board. After re soldering the board the LED's worked fine.

To help test the boards I wrote a sketch for the Arduino to sequence the LED's so I could see if they where working or not.

NOTE:

Not to test a stepper motor but just to see in the board seemed to function as expected without a stepper motor.

This will Not make a stepper move it is only to turn the LED's on and off in turn to see if they are working.
