Fix for "Code Execution Cannot Proceed Because Steam_api64.dll Was Not Found" in GTA V

In this video, I'll show how to fix the "The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api64.dll was not found" error in GTA V.

1. Press the WINDOWS key or click on the Windows icon
2. Write "security"
3. Click on "Windows Security"
4. Click on "Virus & threat protection"
5. Scroll down
6. In "Virus & threat protection settings", click on "Manage settings"
7. Scroll all the way down
8. In "Exclusions", click on "Add or remove exclusions"
9. Click on "Add an exclusion"
10. Select "Folder"
11. Select the GTA V folder
12. Click on "Select folder"
13. Restart your computer
