Info from Licensor: "I went to the gas station and saw this homeless man asking for change and then he asked me. I asked him to clean my tires for five dollars and he refused to work for the money he was asking for. Then out of nowhere another homeless man comes up and says that he would clean my wheels for the five dollars and I gave him more than five dollars because he was willing to do the work."
