There are two method of lifting up the tank as above picture, choose one with same price. The below method you do not need to adjust the distance between 2 rollers when you have changed the diameter of tank as it can adjust by hydraulic via remote control. While the above method you need to adjust by manual release bolt on rollers, move to the required position then tightening again.

I. Structure and features
This fit up rotator mainly used for cylinder (or small angle taper) 1+1 fit up welding, it is adjusting the vessel position through hydraulic cylinder, thus to realize vessels fit up, and the finished vessel transport to backward, then loading to another section vessel, and welding inner and outer cycler seam welding, and so on, finishing the whole length tank welding.
