Fish pass to be implemented on River Douglas

Mike Forty, head of river conservation at The Ribble River Trust, at the River Douglas on the United Utilities site, Standish, near Worthington Reservoir, one of the locations where a fish pass will be implemented throughout the borough, to make it easier for fish to negotiate to breed and lay eggs.
