FISH KORMA

Fish Korma is a delightful Indian fish curry that combines fragrant spices, creamy coconut milk, and tender fish.
Traditionally, it’s made with white fish, like cod, which absorbs the flavors beautifully. Here I have used kingfish.
The sauce base includes ingredients like coconut milk, green chilies and finely-chopped onions resulting in a rich creamy texture.
If you’re a fan of kormas, this fish variation is a must-try! Serve it with Indian breads like appam, naan, chapatti or rice varieties
Some times I even serve it with bread, it tastes delicious!
