First Look: Sig Cross Rifle

Sig's jump into the hunting market is one of the most exciting rifle introductions at SHOT Show. One of the key features on this rifle is the foldable stock (for when you want to throw the gun in a pack) that's fully adjustable. When folded up, the 16-inch barrel version has a total length of only 25 inches. The gun is lighter than it looks at 6.5 pounds. If there's any question, yeah Sig has designed this gun for the mountains and backcountry. Another intriguing feature on this gun is its ability to easily swap out barrels. The rifle will be offered in .308, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .277 Sig Fury (a new cartridge introduction from Sig).
