This is a great invention, however it will probably harm the person than help. If they every need to increase speed past a slow crawl they will no doubt fall. This does not offer fall or slip assistance. If someone were to push them or bump them. They would hit the ground probably with more of an impact than if they fell OUT of a wheelchair. But it is the first prototype and one more step toward normal.
