Fine dust levels high...rain expected Sunday

Now on to the weather,... the mercury has bounced up back into positive territory this Saturday afternoon.
The temperature is expected to stay relatively mild across the country through Sunday, although rain or snow is forecast nationwide.
Seoul is expected to see a low of minus two degrees and a high of three degrees Celsius.
Busan and the southern island of Jeju are also likely to see rain with temperatures reaching highs of eight and eleven degrees Celsius, respectively.
Cold wave advisories in most regions have been lifted this afternoon, but fine dust levels are high.
