Michael Tippmann has been in personnel consulting and recruitment since the 1970s. He's seen many a manager and executive come and go - and many of them he recruited himself.
He knows what executives want when they change jobs, and he also knows what companies are offering. Now Michael Tippmann has teamed up with one of his longstanding partners and two employees to start over afresh. Report by Dorothea Topf.
