Finding Peace: Life is not ideal

Today we are talking about accepting life on life's terms. Life is not ideal and we shouldn't pretend it is. Being positive is good, but believing everything should always work out if you are, is not reality. Failure is ok and so is giving yourself credit for taking on the struggle of being alive. Don't push yourself too much to the point you fall apart! Have self-compassion.
