Finaly, someone falsely reporting is being convicted

It is an amazing thing that whenever anyone talks about false rape accusations happening, plenty a feminist will call out in outrage. Women do not falsely accuse men of rape, ever...
Never mind the many proven cases where this did happen. But on average, women caught falsely accusing men do not often get punished for their false report even though men who have been falsely accused often lose their job or their place in society. Even once their name is cleared they are not truly free of the stain that a rape accusatoin has caused.

Though falsely being accuses of rape is a big problem, there is a second problem with these false rape accusations, it makes true victims reluctant to come foreward out of fear of not being believed. Cases like this one set the mental help offered to victims back another decade or so. Thanks to miss Beale.

But I am pleased to see that finaly the law has stood up to protect civilians from the harm of false accusatoins.
