Final Fantasy VIII- Rebirth Flame

Phoenix is a special GF that you can summon using a Phoenix Pinion. It does fire damage but also revives any KO'd allies. You can get a Phoenix Pinion during the Shumi Village sidequest, or by picking one up by picking up a chicobo at the chocobo crossing at Winhill. When you first use a Phoenix Pinion to summon Phoenix, it may also appear randomly if all 3 of your party members are KO'd.
