Filtering the net for free

The ministry of finance has decided on Monday, January 5th to ensure free website filtering provided by all internet suppliers. Moreover, internet suppliers will carry the responsibility of taking actions to defend minor web users and to inform clients of all ways to obstruct any access to harmful web contents. This legislation was made in order to remove any responsibility from the minister of communication, under the notion that Israel's parliament should not police the internet due to possible democratic implications.
