NYB MEDIA is pleased to present Figure skater Bootcamp: An off-ice workout program that will get skaters into the best shape for their skating pursuits.

This program is designed for all level skaters who need the proper conditioning and strength training in order to land difficult jumps in competition, get through a long program without being exhausted, and most of all learn how to use every muscle in the body for better control on the ice.
