Located at 500 S. Dearborn St., the property was purchased by The Falor Companies last June. Hotel Blake, which is currently operating as The Hyatt Regency Printers Row, is undergoing a complete renovation, name-change and re-flagging, and will re-open as Chicago's first hotel condominium in March 2005.
