Ingredients

60ml of cold water
4 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
200 Grams of butter
1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
200 Grams of ferrero rochers
3 Eggs
1 Cup of sugar
3/4 Cup of self raising flour
Frosting for the top
