Ferguson calls for a Black Friday protest

Today is the world-famous 'Black Friday' shopping day when US stores offer huge discounts and folks take advantage of fabulous offers made by retailers. In Ferguson, Missouri a group of protesters have called for a nationwide boycott of the day. Activists wish to raise awareness of the problems of racism and impunity after a grand jury in Ferguson decided against indicting white police officer Darren Wilson who shot and killed an unarmed African-American teen, Michael Brown, in August. Protesters in several parts of the country last night and today showed up in various retail stores to bring bring attention to their case. teleSUR
