Female Boxing Workout - TACTICS & Tutorial - Mosley Boxing

Mosley Boxing brings you a great video for boxing beginners. A great way to learn basic boxing techniques and Tactics is to perform light sparring session with your students and work on specific details. It's more about using your mind than to just using your muscles. In this video we are working on how to catch your opponent when they are trying to get away from you; or closing the distance on an outside type of fighter. Instead of following them around the boxing ring, you'll want to side step in the direction your sparring partner is heading. Check out this excellent boxing training video demonstration.
