Felicity Slaughter - Torturous Lullaby

I fell as though I am
being punished for not
taking my own life yet.
So now I cry myself to sleep.

I have an unbruised body,
but a tortured and scarred
soul. With all these emotional
complications, I don't have
much purpose here.

Soon I will be at peace.
No more torturous lullabys.
