FELICIA ROTHERMEL - Dad, Never There

A sat on the swing but there was no one to push me,
I dressed up like a princess with no one around to see me,
I yelled your name when i was scared but you never came.
You weren't there for my first date and your still not here to this day,
I try to remember your face but i cant,
I try to care but its to hard.
Now that I look back
I can see, You were never truly there for me.
