Good morning. People here in the upper regions are well bundled up this morning, it almost felt like winter in the early hours, many parts had the lowest morning temperatures of the season.

Daily highs won't rise much either, it will stay in the mid-teens but at least we'll continue to enjoy clear blue skies.

The top temperatures in Seoul will only be at 15 degrees, highs will range between 15 to 18 degrees in most parts.

Temperatures will remain below the seasonal averages throughout the weekend, so dress accordingly and take good care not to catch a cold.

In fact, many are coming down with a cold these days, here are some teas to help you to feel better... if you are in Korea you might want to try ginseng or jujube tea to boost your immune system and shore up the body's defense against the sniffles.
