Newser reports that Kelly was arrested by Federal Authorities on Thursday.
The R&B singer was walking his dog around 7pm Thursday when he was taken into custody, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Kelly was arrested in February on state charges relating to the sexual abuse of four people, including three minors.
