FedEx Sues US Commerce Department Over 'Impossible' Export Restrictions

FedEx mishandled a couple of deliveries for Huawei, and failed to deliver a Huawei smartphone shipped from the UK to the US.
The company says US regulations essentially deputizes FedEx to police the contents of the millions of packages it ships daily.
