FedEx Driver Makes My Son's Day

Info from Licensor: I was sitting in the living room trying to force myself to come to terms with a devastating curve ball life threw my way, when next thing I know I heard what sounded like a basketball being dribbled right out front. ​Considering my son was home from school and in his room, I obviously knew it couldn't be him. Looking for any reason to be distracted, I jumped up and ran to the front door where, to my surprise, sat a FedEx truck and our FedEx guy shooting some hoops by himself. I jokingly yelled out to him, "Don't let my son see you shooting on that hoop he'll have to come out here and dunk on you!" What happened next not only put a huge smile on my face, but I'm pretty sure my son will never forget the compassion and kindness that this man showed him that day. ​You would have thought they had known each other for years. They not only cheered one another on like teammates, but they even shared some friendly banter. In my opinion, we all won that day by being able to bear witness to such a wholesome act of kindness!
