Federal Social Security Disability - Light Work

Adam Neidenberg explains why a Social Security Disability claim would be remanded by Federal District Circuit Court back to the Social Security Administrative Law Judge. Specifically he explains that if the judge finds that the claimant can do a reduced range of light work then the judge needs to site to vocational expert testimony to justfy his reasoning.
