Feb 20 - Homily: Prayer and Fasting

This kind can only come out by prayer and fasting - only by supernatural means can our conversion be achieved - therefore our own cooperation in that work must be to use the tools that are available to us. Fasting - we empty ourselves to allow God to fill us. We need to detach ourselves form the things of this world- by Prayer and Fasting.
