FDA Does 180 On Coronavirus Testing Regs

The Food and Drug Administration has made a change that could greatly expand the number of laboratories able to do coronavirus testing.
It's dramatic shift in how the FDA implements regulations controlling whether laboratories can use diagnostic test kits created in-house.
The US government has come under severe criticism for not providing nearly enough tests needed to understand the extent of spread in the population.
