FAZZ, that's fast and jazz rolled into one, is an independent musical band that’s big on blues and swing music. They straddle the divide between vaudeville and swing. Theatrical, flamboyant, humorous and passionate would be the words to describe the troupe. Officially formed in 2013, this band has a broadway feel infused with modern day poetry. Comprising of people with musical backgrounds that are worlds apart as well as a Korean and a Thai band members, FAZZ is as diverse as it gets.

When FAZZ performed their flirtatiously poppy Jealous, a strong wave of energy surges through our bodies. A band bursting with infectious jovial liveliness, we had a delightful time.

Their original track, That’s Life, was awarded Best Song Composition in the Sonica Song Composing Competition 2012, which was held in Hard Rock Café Kuala Lumpur. They were crowned champion for the first Diamond in the Rough competition in March 2013 and were later invited to perform on the Fringe Stage at the Penang Island Jazz Festival 2013 where they deservedly earned rave reviews. More recently, FAZZ performed at Japan's Haneda International Anime Music Festival 2015 and took on a few more venues in Tokyo.
