Faster, Cheaper Spaceflight with the Sabre Rocket Engine
Description
The Sabre engine from Reaction Engines Limited uses a network of helium-cooled tubes to chill air down to -220 degrees Fahrenheit in 1/100th of a second. It can then be used to fuel the engine, eliminating the need to carry lots of heavy fuel.
