Designer Raakesh Agarvwal has designed some stylish evening gowns for the grand finale.

Among the many treats that the 20 finalists of Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2012 are looking forward to - travel to gorgeous locales and training from the industry's finest, to name a few is the collection of signature evening gowns created for them by official evening gown designer, Raakesh Agarvwal.

Renowned for his classy red carpet designs, Raakesh is all set to make the PFMI 2012 finalists look and feel like Hollywood starlets. In shades of midnight, the ultra-glamorous evening gowns have been specially designed for the 20 lovely young women to sashay down the ramp at the grand finale of the pageant. His eponymous label focuses on intricately constructed clothes in the pret, diffusion and couture categories.

A favourite among Bollywood stars, Raakesh is excited to be on board with PFMI 2012. "The pageant is indisputably India's most respected, and I've watched it get bigger and better every year. PFMI 2012 promises to be a pageant to remember, and I'm glad to be a part of it," says the designer. "I've created an elegant and classy range of evening gowns for the 20 finalists, and I'm sure it'll look superb on them."
